the parents give their children guidance and be a good role model for them. I think that, yeah, it is largely due to the parents and how they act but the children still have a choice to follow in their parents footsteps, veer away from their parents ways, or find some other means to "sooth their pains" (drugs, alcohol, sex, etc). To this day, my parents, even being divorced, fight and screw each other over at every chance they get. I made my choice to veer away.

It is not all about the parents. Children will be children but they still have a consciousness that discerns right from wrong. I am an example of this. My parents got divorced and did not discipline me very well at all. I basically got to do what I wanted. It was the Christian environment that raised me. I have never done drugs and the most I have drunken (alcohol-wise) is wine from church. Children can be raised in the worst environment and come out just fine. Though it is always helpful when

thing that men look for today. Which sucks. I mean, I am a man but I think what most other men do is inappropriate and disgusting. It may just be me but I have yet to find a proper woman that has a little respect for herself. And I have only met a handful of men that are not perverted. Maybe it's where I live, maybe not. Either way, it sucks that it's happening.

It's disgusting the way women are exploited and portrayed by people today. It's not just on fox... It's on everything! It's on billboards, every TV show, every movie, the radio, the internet, in commercials, in music and music videos, and in everything else. The biggest problem is that most women are starting to accept it! They appear to think that, in order to get a boyfriend, they have to be sexual and belittle themselves! I completely agree with parents being the primary problem, I've been bantering that one for a while and get sick of people blaming alternative sources such as the media. My parents disciplined me well as well, and when I do see the children of an immoral society, I always look at the parents (or lack thereof) and know the answer.
However, I hope you did not become an atheist because of what an outrage you witnessed. Regardless, I'm glad that decency is surviving.
