hey bro if you want my opinion when i am going to change my colors i always clean the whole thing. now that does not mean to take apart the whole airbrush but i you have a gravity feed airbrush then just clean out the paint cup. but if you have a syphone (sp?) feed airbrush always keep a container of cleaner near by. alright keep on airbrushing ok bro. PEACE!!!!!!

when you r airbrushing and you want to change paint do u have to clean the whole brush or just change the cartridge

Useing multiple airbrushes is faster but there is the cleaning and maintenence involved...I use a little color cup and changing colors is not that time consuming....Headacherack

BTW, with an airbrush you can change colors in your brush but takes obviously longer. This guy is using multiple airbrushes and a quick-disconnect so he can switch colors by using an airbrush each setup with the color he wants. Of course he's doing a lot of fast work. Just depends on how fast you want and if you get tired of changing colors.
