I believe that Buckley, in this case, was in the wrong. Had he not interrupted Vidal at 0:27, then they wouldn't have escalated into an emotional shouting match.
I know that Vidal's comments struck a nerve in Buckley, but if Buckley hadn't called Vidal a Nazi, Vidal surely wouldn't have called him one back.

aah..I feel kinda silly.I saw the Chomsky one first,but now that you pointed it out,I watched The Chomsky one again and it makes sense.I even thought Buckley was a bit funny.Thanks for clearing that up.
