oh, i know, personally i loved how the book ended. and there not changing the fact that the bad guy gets away with it, they're only changing the catastrophic event.

Oh god, now I can see why one of the posters below me hate the reporter. Comparing Hancock to Watchmen is just plain stupid.

I don't think the ending in the book was that weak. It was fine and unique in its own way. I'm not sure if a nuclear blast would be much better.

i dont think they should change it, it was a revolutionary ending showing that the "good" guys (ie: rorshach (did i spell that right))
do not always win
i mean the good guys won, but the main character (in my opinion) died, it was unheard of at the time

this reporter is pretty stupid. can't say why but you'll see as he leaves Zack with difficult questions which seems pointless to answer.
OsirisDTK (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
yeah youre right it may be stress, but he looks a little unmotivated about this film
hobojedi04 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
What exactly did you notice? Maybe its just stress.
thePANDEMlC (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
id rather watch the movie at 3 hours.
Caesarteacher (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
alan moore and dave gibbons have been heard saying that they thought the ending to the book was a little weak, so if that's the only part the movie he is changing, i'm not going to complain.

Absolutely. For the fans. They (I know I would) would love it.
