I have seen this video before. if u notice the suspect takes a hard left turn about 20 feet before the cop. there is an opening in the fence to the left of the shot and u cant see it. The fuckin pig was too stupid to notice.

oh for god....the fence is only joined at the top by a real thin pole like a curtain the fence draped over the car. if the crooks planted it ther and made it like that its pretty clover the cop could of simply followed it
