Its more plausable to understand the UFO has what UFO means. Unidentified Flying Object. Considering this would a military aircraft which has been created to be unidentified be the cause for such sightings. A military plane to me and you would be a UFO by definition and given the fact that Governments tend to create new technology in secret as to protect its development would be the most reasonable answer to this UFO sighting.

I swear me and my cousin saw a Ufo in chicago on 12/12/08 it was a flickering bulbous thing then out of the blue the thing got bright red....creepy

They are here, I think. I also think the reason they don't communicate with us is because they can cure all our diseases, stop all hunger, wars, and poverty.
